Matt joined the Every Meal team in April 2026 and serves as the Senior Development Officer, Individual Giving at Every Meal, where he works to build authentic relationships with donors and connect supporters to the mission of fighting child hunger. Before joining Every Meal, Matt led statewide organizing and partnership efforts at OutFront Minnesota and brings over 15 years of experience in youth and children's ministry. With a background in relationship-building, community engagement, and strategic partnerships, he is passionate about helping individuals invest in creating a more just and nourished future for Minnesota kids!

Outside of work, Matt lives with his partner Chris and their dog Murphy. You can find him walking around Lake Harriet, enjoying a brewery, or perusing the shelves at a local bookstore.
