Before joining the team, Kara honed her skills in the startup world as a Packaging Manager, designing efficient inventory systems for a local distillery. A proud Bethel University alumna, Kara spends her free time soaking up the Minnesota sun at local parks, trying new coffee shops, and spending quality time with those closest to her.
