Following a career in the for-profit world, Jan joined Every Meal in April 2022 because their mission and purpose align with her passion for serving kids to help ensure their success in life! Born and raised in Minnesota, she is committed to giving back to the community that has given her so much throughout her life.

As a Community Engagement Coordinator, she will help expand Every Meal's ability to serve more students by increasing the engagement of our school sponsors and Every Meal partners. She's involved as a volunteer with other kid-focused organizations including Junior Achievement North, Close Gaps by 5, and Urban Ventures.

Jan lives in Chanhassen with her husband, Gene, and enjoys time with her wonderful family hanging out and traveling anywhere together whenever possible.
