Amanda joined Every Meal in May 2025, bringing a decade of marketing and communications experience to her role as Development Manager - Individual Donor Relations. She earned her degree in Mass Media at Minnesota State University, Mankato. Throughout her career, she has developed a passion for building authentic relationships and creating strategies that yield meaningful results for purpose-driven organizations.

Outside of work, Amanda lives with her partner Chris and their dog, Gracie, in NE Minneapolis. When they're not exploring the city's dog-friendly breweries and coffee shops, you can find them catching live music, planning their next camping adventure, or playing board games.
